The Company is responsible for ensuring the safe conduct of all client activities and may suggest adjustments to the itinerary when necessary. Only the Company (its staff) has the authority to decide whether conditions are safe and whether the activity can proceed.
The Company accepts no liability or responsibility for personal injury or the death of any participant unless it is proven to be the result of negligence on the part of the Company.
The Company is not liable for any death, injury, or illness resulting from events that occur outside the scope of its activities.
The company must ensure that their team is competent and careful in the execution of services, including compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES AND AWARENESS
Clients must be fully informed of the nature and requirements of the activity they are booking. Specific conditions and requirements are outlined in the activity description.
At the time of booking, the Client must inform the Company of any relevant medical conditions, pregnancies, mobility issues, illnesses, disabilities, allergies, or ongoing medical treatments. Failure to disclose such information constitutes a breach of these terms and may lead to the cancellation of the booking or removal from the activity without any right to a refund.
For safety reasons, pregnant individuals are generally not permitted to participate unless cleared by a medical professional. Similarly, if a participant does not fit the necessary equipment provided, participation may be denied. Equipment size and safety limitations are specified for each activity.
Clients are expected to behave responsibly and must not endanger themselves, other participants, or staff members. The use of drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited. Anyone appearing under the influence will be excluded from the activity without a refund.
The Company is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings during the activity.
PAYMENT, CHANGES, AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received. Other terms may apply if previously agreed between the Company and the Client.
The Company reserves the right to postpone or cancel services due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to: strikes, transportation failures, natural disasters, wars, riots, civil disturbances, legal restrictions, accidents, equipment failures, or third-party supplier issues. In such cases, the Customer may choose to accept the changes or cancel the booking and receive a full refund.
If the minimum number of participants required for an activity is not met, the Company may reschedule or cancel the activity. In such situations, the Customer will have the option to accept the new date or cancel and receive a full refund.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled activity: full refund. Please note that refunds may take up to 30 days to process from the date of cancellation.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows: no refund will be issued.
In some cases, the Company may apply a different cancellation policy. If so, the Client will be informed in advance and must provide their agreement.
